Signalling Designer

Involved at all stages of the project from conceptual design through to verification and validation.

The successful candidate will, in addition to providing support and expert advice to management other team members, be responsible for the entire signalling system design and implementation.

This will include overseeing, coordinating and scheduling of both internal and external design and production resources.

It is anticipated that candidates will have an Engineering Degree or HND in a relevant subject, and hold or be working towards an appropriate IRSE licence.

Comprehensive knowledge of signalling system design and implementation techniques gained in the rail or light rail industry is essential.

At least two years experience in a similar role is required, although applications from individuals with relevant experience gained at a more junior level, who are now looking for their first managerial appointment, will be considered.
